Short version: We collect only what we need. We don't sell your data. Files delete automatically. You can wipe everything anytime.
1. Who we are
TranSend is developed by Nexora Studios. Website: transendapp.org. Contact: [email protected].
2. What we collect
Account data: Email, display name, hashed password, plan type, storage usage, and transfer history.
Transfer data: Files you upload are stored temporarily on our servers along with file metadata and download count. All files are automatically deleted after expiry or on first download in burn mode.
Technical data: IP addresses for security purposes, device type and app version for compatibility.
3. How we use your data
- To operate and deliver the file transfer service
- To send download notifications and password reset emails
- To enforce storage quotas and plan limits
- To detect and prevent abuse
We do not sell your data. We do not use your data for advertising.
4. Third-party services
We use trusted third-party services for database, file storage, email delivery, and payments. These process data on our behalf under their own privacy policies.
5. Data retention
- Files: Deleted when transfer expires or on first download (burn mode)
- Account data: Permanently deleted immediately on account deletion
- Password reset tokens: Expire after 1 hour
6. Security
All data is encrypted in transit. Pro users can enable end-to-end encryption for additional security.
7. Your rights

- Deletion: Settings → Account → Delete Account
- Correction: Settings → Account
8. Children
TranSend is not directed at children under 13. If you believe a child has provided us personal data, contact us immediately.
