Short version: Use TranSend legally and responsibly. Don't share illegal content. Cloud transfers are temporary by design.
1. Acceptance
By downloading or using TranSend, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use the service.
2. The service
TranSend provides cloud file transfer with shareable transfer codes. Features and limits vary by plan. We reserve the right to modify or discontinue features with reasonable notice.
3. Acceptable use
You may not use TranSend to share:
- Illegal content of any kind under applicable law
- Content that infringes intellectual property rights
- Malware, viruses, or any harmful code
- Child sexual abuse material (CSAM) — zero tolerance, immediately reported to authorities
You may not attempt to reverse engineer, hack, or disrupt the service or its infrastructure.
4. Account responsibility
You are responsible for maintaining the security of your account credentials. Notify us immediately at [email protected] if you suspect unauthorized access.
5. Temporary storage
Cloud transfers are temporary. Files are automatically deleted when they expire. Do not use TranSend as your only copy of important files. We are not liable for data loss due to expiry or deletion.
6. Pro subscriptions
Pro subscriptions are billed monthly at $4.99 USD (or equivalent). You may cancel at any time from the app. No refunds are provided for partial months. Payments are processed by our payment provider.
7. Disclaimers
TranSend is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. We are not liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from your use of the service.
8. Termination
We may suspend or terminate accounts that violate these terms without notice. You may delete your account at any time from Settings → Account → Delete Account.
9. Changes
We may update these terms from time to time. Continued use of TranSend after changes constitutes acceptance of the new terms.
