01Retention and deletion

Transfer history, preferences, and known devices remain on your device until you clear them or uninstall TranSend. Temporary Android cache files created for share-sheet imports or text transfers are removed by Android or TranSend cleanup. NEXORA STUDIO does not set a server-side retention period for transferred files because it does not receive or store them.

02Website requests and external links

When you visit transendapp.org or the app checks version.json, normal technical request data such as an IP address, browser or client details, request time, and security logs may be handled by our website hosting and security infrastructure. Those requests do not include the files you selected in TranSend. Information you choose to submit through the feedback form is used to receive and respond to your report and may be retained as needed to investigate it, maintain support or security records, or meet legal obligations. External websites follow their own privacy practices.

03Children and age

TranSend is not directed at children under 13 and NEXORA STUDIO does not knowingly collect personal data from children. If you believe a child has provided personal data through our website or feedback channel, contact us so we can review and remove it where appropriate.

04Your rights

Most TranSend app data stays on your device, where you can clear transfer history and known devices from Settings. Depending on your location, applicable privacy law may give you additional rights over limited website or support data. In Ghana, these may include rights under the Data Protection Act, 2012 (Act 843) to be informed, access personal data, object to processing, and request correction or deletion where applicable. 05Changes and contact

We may update this policy when TranSend or applicable requirements change. The date at the top identifies the latest revision. TranSend is a product of and is developed and operated by NEXORA STUDIO, a registered business in Ghana. NEXORA STUDIO is responsible for the limited personal data processed through the TranSend website and feedback channel. Use the official feedback page for privacy, security, or product concerns.
