Transfer speed and success depend on your devices, permissions, storage, and Wi-Fi or hotspot.
02Acceptable use
Send what you havethe right to send.
TranSend is a tool, not permission. You are responsible for the content you choose and for following the laws and rights that apply to it.
Zero tolerance for child sexual abuse material.If it is reported to us or otherwise comes to our attention, we may report it to the appropriate authorities as required by law.

Do not probe, disrupt, attack, or reverse engineer TranSend except where applicable law expressly permits it.

We work to keep TranSend reliable, but we do not promise uninterrupted or error-free operation.
Not inspected or controlled
Direct transfers happen between user devices. NEXORA STUDIO does not moderate the file payload in transit.
Outside our control
Device performance, storage, permissions, battery, firewall settings, and network quality affect transfers.
Nothing in these Terms excludes rights, remedies, warranties, or liabilities that applicable law does not allow us to exclude.

By downloading or using TranSend, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use the app. You must be at least 13 to use TranSend. If you are 13 or older but below the age of legal majority where you live, a parent or legal guardian must review and accept these Terms for you.
02License, ownership, and feedback
NEXORA STUDIO owns TranSend, its branding, website, and software except for third-party components used under their own licences. We grant you a personal, limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable licence to use the released app for its intended purpose. You retain ownership of the files and text you transfer. Feedback you voluntarily provide may be used to improve TranSend without payment or obligation.
03Availability, updates, and future features
We may maintain, change, suspend, or discontinue features when reasonably necessary. TranSend v1 has no subscription or payment requirement. Any future paid, cloud, or Pro feature will be clearly identified and may have additional terms before you use it.
04Warranty disclaimer and liability
To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, TranSend is provided “as is” and “as available,” without implied warranties. NEXORA STUDIO is not liable for indirect, incidental, special, exemplary, or consequential loss arising from use of the app. These limits do not apply where the law does not permit them or where liability cannot lawfully be excluded.
05Governing law
These Terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of Ghana, without overriding mandatory consumer protections that apply where you live. Courts with lawful jurisdiction in Ghana may hear disputes, unless applicable law gives you a mandatory right to bring a claim elsewhere.
06Severability and entire agreement
If a provision is found unenforceable, the remaining provisions continue to apply. These Terms and the Privacy Policy form the agreement between you and NEXORA STUDIO for the local-only TranSend v1 release and replace earlier statements about that use.
07Changes and contact
We may update these Terms as TranSend changes. Material updates will be reflected by the effective date above. Continued use after an update means you accept the revised Terms where permitted by law.
